Fresh Market Update

April 23, 2025
Tomatoes
The tomato market is falling this week and could continue to fall with high volumes coming out of Florida and Mexico saturating the market. Florida, having ideal growing conditions has increased their volume significantly with an abundance on larger sized fruit. Mexico is in new production moving to Sonora and will continue to have good volume until mid/end of May.
